สำหรับเพลงในทอยสตอรี่2นั้นก็มีเพลงใหม่ๆเพิ่มขึ้นมาถ้านับจริงๆแล้วก็มีเพลงร้องอยู่2เพลง คือ"Woody's Roundup"กับ"When She Loved Me"นอกนั้นก็จะเป็นYou've got a Friend In Me นำมาร้องพร้อมกับใส่เสียงดนตรีประกอบใหม่ แต่ถ้าจะนับเพลงที่เป็นเพลงธีมหรือเพลงชูโรงของ ทอยสตอรี่2แล้วก็ต้องเป็นเพลงWhen She Loved Meซึ่งขับร้องโดย Sarah Mclachlan เนื้อหาของเพลงจะกล่าวถึงชีวิตของคาวบอยสาวเจสซี่โดยเฉพาะ กับอดีตของตัวเอกเมื่อครั้งที่ยัง เป็นของเล่นแสนรักก่อนที่จะถูกทิ้งไป เรียกได้ว่าสามารถเรียกคะแนนความน่าสงสารจากผู้ชมได้อย่างเต็มๆ ครับ
